Artist Residence
A home for an artist on two floors, finished in 2024. White walls, pale oak floors, and one sculptural move: a staircase in curved plaster with oak treads, rising through the middle of the house.

Project note / 01
The rooms are kept plain so the work on the walls can carry them. Large canvases, woven paper pendants over the dining table, a striped pouf and a low bench under the attic window, a cane chair at the desk.
Project note / 02
The bathroom is the one hard material in the house: a basin cut from a single block of marble, with a freestanding bath beside it. Everything else is soft and white.
